Arthritis Poem

Arthritis, a silent pain, Creeping in, causing strain. Joints that once were free and light, Now ache with every movement, day and night.

An aging body, worn and weak, With every step, a creaky leak. The once nimble hands now slow, With stiffness, pain and an endless woe.

But still the spirit remains strong, With will to fight and carry on. Through the hurt, with grace and might, Arthritis will not win the fight.

So let us rise, with heads held high, Embrace the challenge with a grateful sigh. For every ache, a lesson learned, And a life well lived, with strength and yearned.
